본 발명은 차량에서 일반적으로 사용되는 유체봉입마운트의 동특성 규제 범위를 넓히고 튜닝 인자를 추가 확보하여 각 주파수 대역별 특성 튜닝을 가능하도록 한 유체봉입 엔진마운트로, 엔진으로부터 진동을 전달받게 되는 인너코어, 상기 인너코어에 결합된 메인러버, 상기 메인러버의 하단에 인접하여 메인러버와 다이어프램으로 둘러싸인 내부공간을 상부액실과 하부액실로 구획하는 노즐 조립체; 를 포함하고, 상기 노즐조립체(100)는 오리피스 상판(111)과 멤브레인(112)이 일체로 형성되는 상부플레이트(110); 및 내부에 오리피스 유로(121)를 가지며 상기 상부플레이트(110)가 결합되는 하부 플레이트(120)로 구성되며, 상기 멤브레인(112)은 상기 오리피스 유로(121)와 동일한 크기로 오리피스 상판(111)에 가류되는 구성이다.

    The present invention relates to a hydraulic engine mount capable of tuning characteristics for each frequency band by widening a regulation range of dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic mount generally used in a vehicle and by further obtaining a tuning factor. The hydraulic engine mount includes: an inner core for receiving a vibration from an engine; a main rubber coupled to the inner core; and a nozzle assembly disposed adjacent to a lower end of the main rubber to divide an inner space surrounded by the main rubber and a diaphragm into an upper liquid chamber and a lower liquid chamber, wherein the nozzle assembly (100) includes an upper plate (110) in which an orifice upper plate (111) and a membrane (112) are integrated with each other; and a lower plate (120) having an orifice passage (121) therein and coupled to the upper plate (110), and the membrane (112) is cured in the orifice upper plate (111) with the same size as that of the orifice passage (121).
