The present invention relates to a stringer processing method for an aircraft wing structure. A stringer (10) comprises: a skin flange (12) having a plurality of fastening holes (12a); a web (13) installed at right angles to an upper surface of the skin flange (12); and a crown flange (14) installed on an upper side of the web (13) and facing the skin flange (12). As a subject is doubly firmly fixed by vacuum force and screw fastening force, the structure is improved so that uniform fixing force can work on the whole region of the subject. In addition, the processing precision is improved and the setting work time is reduced by corresponding to the changes in the stringer specifications. In addition, work efficiency is improved and productivity is increased, thereby reducing manufacturing cost. The stringer processing method comprises: a vacuum clamping step (S10), a bolt clamping step (S20), and a cutting step (S30).

    본 발명은 항공기 날개구조물의 스트링거 가공 공법에 관련되며, 이는 복수의 체결홀(12a)이 형성되는 스킨플랜지(12)와, 스킨플랜지(12) 상면에 직교하도록 설치되는 웹(13)과, 웹(13) 상부에 설치되고 스킨플랜지(12)와 대향하게 배치되는 크라운플랜지(14)로 형성되는 스트링거(10)를 제조하는 항공기 날개구조물의 스트링거 가공 공법에 있어서, 피가공물이 진공력과 나사체결력에 의해 2중으로 견고하게 고정되면서 피가공물 전체 영역에 균일한 고정력이 작용하도록 구조 개선되어, 가공 정밀도 향상과 더불어 스트링거 규격 변경에 대응하여 세팅작업 시간이 단축됨과 더불어 작업 능률의 향상에 의한 생산성이 증대되면서 제조 비용을 절감할 수 있도록 진공클램핑단계(S10), 볼트클램핑단계(S20), 절삭단계(S30)를 포함하여 주요 구성으로 한다.
