The present invention is to solve the problem that a camera does not shoot a correct control area due to the deterioration of a camera rotation belt (timing belt) caused by the long-term use of a rotation camera used for controlling illegal parking and stopping, or the occurrence of a phenomenon in which the rotation zero point of the camera is deviated due to other reasons. When the deviation of the zero point of the rotation camera occurs, the deviation is inspected to accurately calculate the amount of displacement of the deviating zero point, and the coordinate values of a control target area are automatically collectively corrected by the amount of displacement, thereby accurately controlling illegally parked and stopped vehicles.

    본 발명은 불법주정차 단속에 사용되는 회전형 카메라를 장기간 사용함에 따라 카메라 회전용 벨트(타이밍 벨트)가 노후화되거나 또는 다른 이유로 인해 카메라의 회전영점이 이탈되는 현상이 발생하여, 카메라가 바른 단속영역을 촬영하지 못하게 되는 문제를 해결하고자 하는 것으로서, 회전형 카메라에 영점이탈 현상이 발생할 경우, 그 이탈상태를 검사하여 이탈된 영점의 변위량을 정확히 산출하고, 그 변위량만큼 단속 대상영역의 좌표값을 자동으로 일괄 보정함으로써, 불법주정차 차량에 대한 단속을 정확하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 시스템에 관한 것이다.
