전기 자동차용 배터리 팩 하부 케이스의 제조방법이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 전기 자동차용 배터리 팩 하부 케이스의 제조방법은 상부 케이스와 조립되어 박스 형상으로 이루어지고, 내부에 복수개의 배터리 모듈을 수납하기 위한 전기 자동차용 배터리 팩 하부 케이스의 제조방법으로서, 측면부를 형성할 복수개의 압출프레임과, 하면부를 형성할 시트를 준비하는 재료 준비단계, 각 상기 압출프레임을 상호 용접하여 상기 배터리 팩 케이스의 측면부 성형하는 측면부 형성단계, 및 상기 측면부의 하측에 상기 시트를 배치하고, 상기 시트와 접촉되는 상기 측면부의 외측 둘레를 따라 전주용접 하는 하부 형성단계를 포함한다.

    The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a battery pack lower case for an electric vehicle. The manufacturing method of a battery pack lower case for an electric vehicle, according to an embodiment of the present invention, is a battery pack lower case for an electric vehicle to form a box shape by assembling with an upper case and for accommodating a plurality of battery modules therein. The manufacturing method comprises: a material preparation step of preparing a plurality of extrusion frames to form a side surface part and a sheet to form a lower surface part; a side surface part forming step of forming a side surface part of the battery pack case by welding each of the extrusion frames to each other; and a lower forming step of arranging the sheet on a lower side of the side surface part and conducting electric welding along an outer circumference of the side surface part in contact with the sheet. The present invention is to minimize abnormal phenomena such as expansion and contraction of the sheet which may occur during pole welding between the extrusion frame and the sheet.
