The invention relates to a battery pack, a manufacturing method of the battery pack and a vehicle, the battery pack comprises an upper cover plate assembly, a lower shell and a battery cell, the upper cover plate assembly comprises an upper cover plate body, the upper cover plate body covers the lower shell, and the upper cover plate body and the lower shell jointly define a containing space for containing the battery cell; the outer surface of the upper cover plate body is used as a bearing surface, facing a passenger compartment of the vehicle, of a floor panel of the vehicle, the inner surface of the upper cover plate body forms a flat surface, and the battery cell is adhered to the inner surface of the upper cover plate body through the structural adhesive layer. By means of the technical scheme, the integration degree of a vehicle is improved, the battery cells are bonded to the upper cover plate body, the overall strength of the upper cover plate body can be enhanced, the occupied space of the battery pack in the height direction is reduced, the bonding positions of the battery cells in the battery pack and the upper cover plate body can be adjusted, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged. The battery pack can be suitable for battery cells of different types, shapes and sizes, the universality of the battery pack is improved, and the adjustment cost of the battery pack is saved.

    本公开涉及一种电池包、电池包的制造方法及车辆,该电池包包括上盖板总成、下壳体和电芯,上盖板总成包括上盖板本体,上盖板本体盖设在下壳体上,且上盖板本体与下壳体共同围成用于容纳电芯的容纳空间,上盖板本体的外表面用作车辆的地板面板朝向车辆的乘员舱的承载面,上盖板本体的内表面形成为平整表面,电芯通过结构胶层粘接于上盖板本体的内表面。通过上述技术方案,有利于提高车辆的集成化程度,电芯粘接于上盖板本体,能够加强上盖板本体的整体强度,缩小电池包在高度方向上的占用空间,电池包内的电芯和上盖板本体的粘接位置可调整,使得电池包能够适用于不同类型、形状和尺寸的电芯,提高电池包的通用性,节省电池包的调整成本。
