본 발명은 와이어 하네스용 전선 구조체에 관한 것으로 와이어 하네스용 전선 구조체는 철 재질의 철 와이어, 구리 재질로 형성되며 상기 철 와이어를 감싸도록 위치되는 구리 코팅체를 포함하여 기존 동선의 와이어 하네스에 비해 경량화를 할 수 있고 제조 원가를 절감하며 전자파 요구 성능(EMI/EMS)을 100% 동선에 비해 우수한 성능으로 만족하며, 특히 BCI 시험에 있어 우수한 성능을 확보하며, 인장 강도가 우수하여 내구성을 확보할 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to a wire structure for a wire harness. The wire structure for a wire harness comprises: an iron wire of an iron material; and a copper coating body formed of a copper material and positioned to surround the iron wire. Compared to the existing copper wire harness, it is possible to reduce a weight, reduce manufacturing costs, satisfy electromagnetic wave requirements (EMI/EMS) with superior performance compared to a 100% copper wire, and in particular, obtain excellent performance in a BCI test, and obtain durability due to its excellent tensile strength.
