The invention discloses a vehicle wire harness anti-electromagnetic interference method, which comprises the steps of S1, determining the diameter and length of a wave-proof sleeve according to the diameters and lengths of a trunk core wire and branch core wires, wherein the weaving density of the wave-proof sleeve is greater than or equal to 93%; S2, sleeving the wave-proof sleeve on the core wires to serve as a shielding layer, wherein the trunk core wire is sleeved firstly, then the branch core wires are sleeved, and each branch line wave-proof sleeve at the branching part of the wire harness is wrapped by using the trunk line wave-proof sleeve; S3,additionally arranging a grounding wire on the shielding layer, and adopting non-endpoint grounding; and S4, carrying out shielding treatment on a connector which is in butt joint with the equipment or the wire harness. The invention further discloses the anti-electromagnetic interference vehicle wire harness. Tin-plated copper or nickel-plated copper with high conductivity and high magnetic conductivity is selected as a material, the wave-proof sleeve with the weaving density greater than or equal to 93% is used as a shielding material of the wire harness, the wave-proof sleeve is arranged on the whole vehicle wire harness in a sleeving mode through the shielding treatment method, and an integrated and complete shielding body is formed, so that the anti-electromagnetic interference capability of the vehicle wire harness can be effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种车辆线束抗电磁干扰方法,包括S1.根据主干芯线、分支芯线的直径和长度,确定防波套的直径和长度,所述防波套编制密度大于或等于93%;S2.将防波套穿套在芯线上作为屏蔽层,先套主干线再套分支线,线束分叉处用主干线防波套包裹各分支线防波套;S3.所述屏蔽层加装接地线,采用非端点接地;S4.对与设备对接或与线束对接的连接器进行屏蔽处理。本发明还公开了一种抗电磁干扰车辆线束。本发明选用以高电导率和高磁导率的镀锡铜或镀镍铜为材料且所述防波套编制密度大于或等于93%作为线束的屏蔽材料,采取本发明的屏蔽处理方法将防波套套装在整车线束上,形成一体化完整的屏蔽体,可有效提升车辆线束的抗电磁干扰能力。
