The present invention relates to a pantograph electrode structure and a contact resistance measurement method, specifically, wherein a positive electrode and a negative electrode among feeding electrodes are respectively formed with a plurality of conductors so that each conductor supplies current to receiving electrodes to supply relatively high current so as to charge a large-capacity battery for an electric vehicle. In addition, the present invention relates to the pantograph electrode structure appropriate for supplying high current and the contact resistance measurement method thereof, wherein a contact resistance is calculated by using a current supplied to each conductor and a voltage difference between the conductors, and the calculated contact resistance is used to control and block a charging current or control whether to maintain charging so as to prevent overheating and fire of the electrode.

    본 발명은 팬터그래프 전극 구조 및 접촉저항 측정 방법에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 급전전극중 +전극과 -전극을 각각 복수 개의 도체로 형성함으로써 각 도체에서 전류를 수전전극으로 공급하여 상대적으로 높은 전류를 공급하여 전기차량의 대용량 배터리를 충전할 수 있도록 하고, 또한, 본 발명은 각 도체로 공급되는 전류와 각 도체간의 전압차를 이용하여 접촉저항을 계산하고, 산출된 접촉저항을 이용하여 충전 전류의 조절, 차단 또는 충전 지속 여부를 제어하도록 함으로써 전극의 과열 및 화재를 방지할 수 있도록 하는 대전류 공급에 적합한 팬터그래프 전극 구조 및 이의 접촉저항 측정 방법에 관한 것이다.
