Disclosed is a method for replacing and recycling bad cells of the battery module of an electric vehicle, which can easily check battery cells, in which a failure occurs, among a plurality of battery cells included in the battery module of an electric vehicle, so that the battery module of the electric vehicle can be reused by replacing only the battery cells, in which the failure has occurred, without replacing the entire battery module, thereby being very economical in terms of cost, can easily check the battery cells, in which the failure has occurred, in real time, thereby preventing a failure in the entire battery module including the plurality of battery cells, can recycle the battery module without replacing the entire battery module, thereby preventing an increase in industrial wastes, and can notify a driver of a failure in real time to quickly respond to the failure in the battery module of the electric vehicle, thereby preventing an accident caused by the failure in the battery module during driving. The method comprises: a recognition step (S1) of detecting a failure in a battery cell (11) and recognizing the location of the battery cell (11); a battery pack separation step (S2) of separating a battery pack (100) including a plurality of battery modules (10) from an electric vehicle; a battery module separation step (S3) of separating, from the separated battery pack (100), a battery module (10) having the battery cell (11) of which the location is recognized; and a battery pack coupling step (S4) of replacing the battery cell (11) with a new one.

    본 발명은 전기자동차의 밧데리모듈을 구비하는 복수개 밧데리셀 중 고장이 발생된 밧데리셀을 쉽게 확인할 수 있음에 따라 밧데리모듈 전체를 교체하지 않고 고장이 발생된 밧데리셀만을 교체하여 전기자동차의 밧데리모듈을 재사용할 수 있음에 따라 비용적인 측면에서 매우 경제적인 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 고장이 발생된 밧데리셀을 쉽게 실시간 확인할 수 있어 복수개 밧데리셀에 의해 구비된 밧데리모듈 전체에 대한 고장발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있으며, 밧데리모듈 전체를 교체하지 않고 재활용할 수 있어 산업폐기물의 증대를 방지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 실시간으로 운전자에게 고장발생을 알려줌에 따라 전기자동차의 밧데리모듈의 고장에 따른 대처를 빠르게 진행할 수 있어 운전 중 밧데리모듈의 고장에 의한 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 전기자동차 밧데리모듈 불량셀 교체 재활용방법이 개시된다.
