The objective of the present invention is to provide a steel plate transfer device that improves work efficiency by allowing a single operator to conveniently operate the device to quickly and safely transfer a heavy steel plate. According to the present invention, the steel plate transfer device comprises: a vertical frame part fixed vertically to the floor; a horizontal frame part which is horizontally coupled to an upper end of the vertical frame part to form an L-shape; an adsorption device coupled to a lower surface of a plate-shaped tray part coupled to the horizontal frame part and adsorbed to an upper portion of a steel plate; and a support part coupled to both sides of the bottom of the tray part to support the steel plate during transfer.
