The present invention relates to a rear mounting structure of a powertrain for a vehicle. An existing mounting lower structure has excellence in load support and vibration isolation functions but has a problem with a deterioration in a driving reaction control function. Therefore, in accordance with the present invention, the rear mounting structure meant to mount the rear of a powertrain (100) for a vehicle in a vehicle body frame (200), comprises: a rear mounting part (300) including a rubber body (320) for vibration isolation in rubber mounting parts (310) at both ends inclined to be opposed to each other, and mounted in the vehicle body frame (200) with a first coupling bolt (330) through a plurality of coupling holes provided in the bottom; a metal vibration absorbing part (400) assembled with an upper part of the rear mounting part (300) at a predetermined distance apart from the upper part by the rubber body (320), and having mounting holes (411) provided in inclined parts (410) at both ends projected to the outside of the rubber body (320); an adaptor (500) mounted in the rear of the powertrain (100) together with the vibration absorbing part (400) through a second coupling bolt (520) by having nut parts (510) provided at both ends to be matched with the mounting holes (411); and a damper (600) having both ends combined with the rear mounting part (300) and the vibration absorbing part (400). Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving a driving reaction control function through the damper (600) without causing a deterioration in a vibration isolation function to improve driving comfort for passengers.

    본 발명은 자동차용 파워트레인의 리어 마운팅 구조에 관한 것으로서 종래 마운팅 로워 구조는 하중지지 및 진동절연 등의 기능은 우수하나 구동반력 제어 기능이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다. 따라서 본 발명은 자동차용 파워트레인(100)의 후미를 차체 프레임(200)에 장착하는 리어 마운팅 구조에 있어서, 대향으로 경사진 양단의 러버장착부(310)에 진동절연용 러버체(320)가 구비되고 바닥에 구비된 한 쌍의 체결홀을 통해 차체 프레임(200)에 제1 체결볼트(330)로 장착되는 리어 마운팅부(300); 상기 러버체(320)에 의해 리어 마운팅부(300) 상부에 일정 간격 이격되어 조립되며, 러버체(320) 외부로 돌출된 양단의 경사부(410)에 장착공(411)이 구비된 메탈 소재의 진동흡수부(400); 상기 장착공(411)과 일치되는 너트부(510)가 양단에 구비되어 제2 체결볼트(520)로 진동흡수부(400)와 함께 파워트레인(100)의 후미에 장착되는 어댑터(500); 리어 마운팅부(300)와 진동흡수부(400)에 양단이 결합되는 댐퍼(600);로 구성된 것으로서 이러한 본 발명은 댐퍼(600)에 의해 진동절연 기능의 저하 없이 구동반력 제어 기능이 향상되게 하여 탑승자의 승차감을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 매우 유용한 발명이다.
