본 발명은 전기자동차의 침수 상태를 감지하여 배터리 팩을 보호하는 전원차단회로에 있어서, 배터리의 전압, 전류, 온도를 기반으로 배터리의 충/방전 제어신호를 생성하는 BMS(Battery Management System), 배터리의 침수 여부를 감지하여, 배터리 충/방전 차단신호를 생성하는 침수센싱부, 상기 침수센싱부에서 침수가 감지되면, 사용자에게 침수정보를 제공하는 침수 경고부, 충/방전 경로상에서 전원을 스위칭 하는 게이트 및 상기 BMS(Battery Management System)의 충/방전 제어신호 및 상기 침수센서의 충/방전 차단신호를 입력받아 상기 게이트 온/오프(ON/OFF) 신호를 출력하는 게이트 드라이버를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a power cut-off circuit which senses a condition when a car is submerged and protects a battery pack. The power cut-off circuit comprises: a battery management system (BMS) which generates a charging/discharging control signal of a battery based on voltage, current, and temperature of the battery; a water penetration sensing unit which senses whether water penetrates the battery and generates a battery charging/discharging blocking signal; a water penetration warning unit which provides information of water penetration to a user when the water penetration sensing unit senses the water penetration; a gate which switches power on a charging/discharging route; and a gate driver which receives input of the charging/discharging control signal of the BMS and the charging/discharging blocking signal of the water penetration sensor and outputs the gate on/off signal.
