The invention relates to a power battery pack shell structure, a power battery pack and an electric vehicle. The power battery pack shell structure comprises a bottom shell provided with a containingcavity, and a connecting cover body arranged on the bottom shell. At least a module placing area for placing a battery module and a pipeline channel are arranged in the accommodating cavity, a plurality of partitions arranged side by side are arranged in the module containing area, the two ends of each partition are connected with the inner walls of the two opposite sides of the containing cavityrespectively, the partitions divide the interior of the module containing area into a plurality of module containing units, and the bottom shell or the cover body is provided with a communicating opening for connecting the wire harness and the cooling pipeline with the outside. The power battery pack shell structure disclosed by the invention can be used as a frame cross beam, and the arrangementof a cross beam in the prior art can be omitted, so that the lightweight design of a vehicle can be favorably realized; and, in addition, due to the fact that the partitions are arranged side by side,the structural strength of the frame can be improved, and the frame can have good side collision safety.

    本发明涉及一种动力电池包壳体结构与动力电池包及电动汽车,本发明所述的动力电池包壳体结构,包括构造有容置腔的底壳及构成与底壳间的连接盖体,于容置腔内至少设有以安放电池模组的模组放置区和管线通道,于模组放置区内设有并排布置的多道隔断,各隔断的两端分别与容置腔的两相对侧内壁相接,且隔断于模组放置区内分隔出若干模组放置单元,并于底壳或盖体上设有构成线束与冷却管路与外界连接的连通口。本发明所述的动力电池包壳体结构,可作为车架横梁使用,而可省去现有技术中横梁的设置,从而可有利于实现车辆的轻量化设计;另外,通过设置并排布置的多道隔断,能够提高车架的结构强度,并可使得车架具有较好的侧碰安全性。
