The present invention relates to an automated system for temporary assembly of fasteners for automobile modules. The present invention aims to build an automatic fastener assembly apparatus which includes: a component supply unit transporting forming components in a conveyor flow method; a bolt alignment/supply unit and a nut alignment/supply unit which automatically align and supply bolts and nuts respectively by a vibration transport operation; a bolt distribution unit and a nut assembly unit which engage the aligned and supplied bolts and nuts with the forming components; and a temporary assembly component discharge conveyor which detects the presence or absence of a disorder in the assembly status of the bolts and the nuts, and discharges the bolts and the nuts. As such, the present invention aims to rapidly and precisely perform the temporary assembly of bolts and nuts with the forming components manufactured and supplied by a modular configuration by the pre-built automatic fastener assembly apparatus, simplify the conventional complex and difficult work process in a series into a systematic shape, reduce the unnecessary labor and excessive process costs, and extremely improve production efficiency, economic efficiency, and workability. Accordingly, to this end, in accordance with the present invention, the automated system for temporary assembly of fasteners for automobile modules comprises: a component supply unit, a bolt alignment/supply unit, a nut alignment/supply unit, a temporary assembly component discharge unit, a temporary assembly component transport conveyor, and a components inspection unit.

    본 발명은 자동차 모듈용 체결수단 가조립 자동화 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그기술구현의 목적은, 컨베이어 흐름방식으로 성형부품을 운반하는 부품공급유닛, 볼트와 너트를 각각 진동운반작용에 의해 자동정렬시켜 공급하는 볼트정렬공급유닛 및 너트정렬공급유닛, 정렬 공급되는 볼트와 너트를 성형부품에 결합시키는 볼트분배유닛 및 너트조립유닛, 볼트와 너트의 조립상태 이상유무를 감지하여 배출하는 가조립부품 배출컨베이어로 이루어진 체결수단 자동조립장치를 구축하고, 그와 같이, 구축된 체결수단 자동조립장치에 의해 모듈구성으로 제조 공급되는 성형부품에 볼트와 너트를 신속 정확하게 가조립할 수 있도록 하여, 기존 복잡 난해했던 일련의 작업공정을 체계적 형태로 간소화시키고, 아울러, 불필요한 노동력 및 과다한 공정비용의 소모 또한 감소되게 함으로써, 생산효율성과 경제성, 그리고, 작업성을 극히 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 자동차 모듈용 체결수단 가조립 자동화 시스템을 제공함에 있다.따라서, 상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 구체적 수단으로는;부품공급유닛과, 너트정렬공급유닛과, 너트정렬조립유닛과, 가조립부품 배출유닛과, 가조립부품 운반컨베이어와, 부품검수유닛으로 구성하여 달성한다.
