The present invention relates to a composite material handrail, and a method for manufacturing the same. The composite material handrail of the present invention has a synthetic resin member (10), a metal cable (20) and a nonwoven fabric (30) formed together inside a handrail. In addition, the method of the present invention, which molds a composite material handrail by extrusion, comprises: a first step of inserting a nonwoven fabric into an opening of a rear end of an extrusion device; a second step of injecting synthetic resin particles into the rear end of the extrusion device; a third step of inserting a metal cable through the rear end; a fourth step of injecting the synthetic resin particles into an intermediate injection port of the extrusion device; and a fifth step of extruding a handrail through an extrusion die at a front end of the extrusion device. In accordance with the present invention, an escalator handrail shape is manufactured by integrally extruding the nonwoven fabric, the metal cable and the synthetic resin through the extrusion die in the extrusion device. Therefore, the rigidity and toughness of the handrail are great, the quality is good to reduce defects and increase the lifespan.
본발명은 복합재질 핸드레일에 관한 것으로, 핸드레일 내부에 합성수지부재(10)와 금속 케이블(20)과 부직포(30)가 함께 형성된 것이며, 또한, 본발명은 복합재질 핸드레일 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 복합재질 핸드레일을 압출에 의해 성형하는 복합재질 핸드레일 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 핸드레일은 압출장치의 후단의 개방에 부직포를 삽입하는 1단계; 압출장치의 후단에 합성수지 입자를 주입하는 2단계; 금속케이블을 후단을 통해 삽입하는 3단계; 압출장치의 중간주입구에 합성수지 입자를 다시 주입하는 4단계; 압출장치의 선단부 압출다이를 통해 핸드레일이 압출되는 3단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 것으로, 본발명은 부직포, 금속케이블 및 합성수지가 일체로 압출장치에서 압출다이를 통해 압출되어 에스컬레이터 핸드레일모양이 제조되므로, 핸드레일의 강성과 인성이 크고, 품질이 양호하여 하자발생이 적고 수명이 오래가는 현저한 효과가 있다.
