The present invention provides a heater structure using a phase changing substance. The heater structure using a phase changing substance comprises: a hollow heater core; a heat resistant tube disposed in a hollow portion of the heater core and having elasticity to have set length; a heating line wound around an outer circumference of the heat resistant tube in a longitudinal direction of the heat resistant tube; a pair of caps, where the heat resistant tube and the heating line protrude to the outside, coupled to both ends of the heater core; and a phase changing substance filled in the hollow portion.

    본 발명은 상변화 물질을 사용한 히터 구조체를 제공한다. 상기 상변화 물질을 사용한 히터 구조체는 중공 형상의 히터 코어; 상기 히터 코어의 상기 중공에 배치되며, 설정된 길이를 갖는 탄성을 갖는 내열성 튜브; 상기 내열성 튜브의 외주에 상기 내열성 튜브의 길이 방향을 따라 외감되는 가열 라인; 상기 히터 코어의 양단에 결합되며, 상기 내열성 튜브와 상기 가열 라인이 외부로 돌출되는 한 쌍의 캡; 및, 상기 중공에 충진되는 상 변화 물질;을 포함한다.
