The present invention provides a floating body which is installed on a water or an offshore facility or connected to a lower portion of the water or offshore facility to anchor the water or offshore facility on the water or the sea. The floating body comprises: a floating main body floating on the water or the sea using buoyancy; a magnet provided at one end of the floating main body; a coupling member provided at the other end of the floating main body corresponding to the magnet and coupled to the magnet; and a mooring line installed on a part of the floating main body to moor the floating main body on the water or the sea to anchor the same.

    본 발명은 수상이나 해상시설물이 설치되거나 상기 수상이나 해상시설물의 하부에 연결되어 상기 수상이나 해상시설물을 수상이나 해상에 고정시키는 부유체로서, 부력을 이용하여 수상이나 해상에서 부유하는 부유체 본체; 상기 부유체 본체의 일단부에 구비되는 자석; 상기 자석에 대응하여 상기 부유체 본체의 타단부에 구비되어 상기 자석에 결합되는 결합부재; 및 상기 부유체 본체의 일부분에 설치되어 상기 부유체 본체를 수상이나 해상에서 계류하여 고정시키는 계류선;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
