The invention relates to a marine floating type photovoltaic floating body elastic connecting structure convenient to operate and maintain, which comprises a plurality of floating bodies distributed in an array mode, adjacent floating bodies are connected through connecting pieces, the connecting pieces are elastic bodies, and a rotation limiting assembly is arranged between every two adjacent floating bodies and used for limiting a relative overlarge rotation angle between every two adjacent floating bodies. The connection between the floating bodies has limited rigidity and can elastically deform when the floating bodies move relatively, so that a buffering effect is achieved. Compared with a completely rigid connection mode, the wave load effect borne by the floating body and the stress of the connecting piece can be effectively reduced; compared with a complete flexible connection mode, the relative rotation angle between the floating bodies can be reduced; meanwhile, the limiting assemblies are arranged to limit the relative rotating angles between the floating bodies from being too large, temporary rigidity can be set, and daily operation and maintenance are facilitated. The connecting structure can balance the borne load effect and stability, and has the advantages of being good in stress performance, good in stability, convenient to operate and maintain, good in economical efficiency and the like.
