The invention discloses an offshore photovoltaic floating body and an offshore photovoltaic system. The floating body single body is arranged to be of a rectangular structure, a plurality of floating barrels and a plurality of mooring piles of the floating body single body are fixed to the bottom face of the floating body single body, the mooring piles are arranged close to the four corners of the supporting plate correspondingly, and a plurality of anchors are arranged in soil below the four corners of the supporting plate correspondingly; each mooring pile is correspondingly anchored and connected with two adjacent corners of the corresponding corner of the mooring pile through a plurality of mooring cables, the floating body single bodies can be effectively fixed through the offshore photovoltaic floating body, and therefore the offshore photovoltaic floating body has better adaptability under the conditions of transverse waves, oblique waves and top waves, and the service life of the offshore photovoltaic floating body is prolonged. Compared with an existing flexible floating body needing to be provided with a wave dissipation embankment, due to the fact that the wave dissipation embankment does not need to be arranged, it can be guaranteed that a solar photovoltaic power generation platform operates stably, and meanwhile the input cost of seawater photovoltaic power generation can be effectively reduced.

    本发明公开了一种海上光伏浮体和海上光伏系统。将浮体单体设置成矩形结构,并将浮体单体的多个浮筒和多个系泊桩固定在浮体单体的底面,并将多个系泊桩分别靠近支撑板的四个角设置,以及将多个锚固分别设置于支撑板的四个角的下方的泥土中;每个系泊桩通过多根系泊缆分别与系泊桩所对应角的相邻的两个角所对应的锚固连接,通过上述公开的海上光伏浮体,能够有效对浮体单体进行固定,进而在横浪、斜浪和顶浪情况下,本发明的海上光伏浮体具有更好的适应性,本发明相较于现有需要设置消浪堤的柔性浮体,本发明由于不需要设置消浪堤,因此,能够在保证太阳能光伏发电平台平稳运行同时,还能有效减少海水光伏发电的投入成本。
