The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a stiffener using a 3D printer using a continuous fiber filament and, more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a stiffener using a 3D printer using a long fiber filament. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: inserting a continuous fiber composite (CFRTPC) as a preform into a mold cavity for manufacturing a stiffener; inputting a long fiber composite material (LFT) into a hopper of an extrusion molding machine in the form of a fillet to perform foam-injection into a mold; and fusing and molding the continuous fiber composite material and the long fiber composite material. Accordingly, the preform is made by a 3D printer, thereby reducing the number of processes, costs of an insert, and cycle time and increasing productivity and the quality of a molded product.

    본 발명은 연속섬유 필라멘트를 이용하는 3D 프린터를 활용한 스티프너 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 장섬유 필라멘트를 이용하는 3D 프린터를 활용한 스티프너 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 스티프너 제작을 위해 연속섬유복합재(CFRTPC)를 프리폼으로 금형 캐비티 내에 삽입하는 단계, 장섬유복합재(LFT)를 필렛 형태로 압출 성형기의 호퍼에 투입하여 금형 내로 발포 사출하는 단계 및 연속섬유복합재와 장섬유복합재가 용착 및 성형되는 단계를 포함하고, 프리폼은 3D 프린터로 제작되는 특징으로 인해, 공정 수를 축소할 수 있고, 인서트 단가, 생산성 및 사이클 타임 및 성형품 품질을 향상시킬 수 있다.
