The present invention relates to a take-off and landing apparatus for an unmanned aerial vehicle, which includes: a fixed support part; a rotational support part installed on the fixed support part to be rotatable around a first direction; and a horizontal maintaining rotation part installed on the rotational support part to be rotatable around a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, having an upper portion on which a take-off and landing surface capable of take-off and landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle is installed, and having a lower portion on which the center of weight is positioned. Therefore, the take-off and landing apparatus for an unmanned aerial vehicle can be easily maintained.
