블록체인 기반의 군집주행 차량 제어 방법 및 블록체인을 구성하는 군집주행 차량이 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 블록체인 기반의 군집주행 차량 제어 방법은, 군집주행을 수행하는 적어도 하나의 차량의 주행 데이터에 근거하여 라우팅 테이블을 생성하고, 라우팅 테이블의 순위에 근거하여 상기 군집주행을 수행하는 차량 간에 블록체인을 형성한 후, 특정 차량의 전후 순위 차량에서 형성된 블록의 해쉬값을 비교함으로써, 블록체인 데이터의 변조 여부를 검사할 수 있다. 본 발명의 자율주행 차량은 인공 지능(Artificial Intelligence) 모듈, 드론(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, UAV), 로봇, 증강 현실(Augmented Reality, AR) 장치, 가상 현실(virtual reality, VR) 장치, 5G 서비스와 관련된 장치 등과 연계될 수 있다.
