A cluster autonomous driving control method according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: acquiring a front surrounding image of a vehicle using a camera; analyzing the front surrounding image to detect traffic lights and lanes; generating vehicle driving information for controlling driving of member vehicles in cluster autonomous driving according to the detection result of the traffic lights and lanes; and outputting the generated vehicle driving information to the member vehicles.
