Provided is a vibration-detecting takeoff/landing-type drone device which takes off from or lands on a helipad made of soft magnetic materials for improving the safety when taking off or landing on the helipad. The vibration-detecting takeoff/landing-type drone device comprises: a drone body including a body unit and a connection unit; a driving unit connected to the drone body to generate driving force for taking off; a vibration sensor detecting in real time vibration occurring in proportion to the rev count per hour of the driving unit; a plurality of landing support units including a support body unit which is connected to the drone body and a support extension unit which extends towards a lower side of the support body unit; an electromagnet unit connected to the landing support unit and arranged to have magnetism by selectively generating magnetic force in accordance with the application of power through a coil unit forming an operating magnetic field; and a takeoff/landing control unit generating a flag signal, which is a digital signal, for a time proportionate to the vibration detected by the vibration sensor, comparing and determining whether the flag signal is generated for less than the preset reference time, and controlling the selective application of a voltage to the electromagnet unit.

    이착륙시 안전성이 개선되도록, 본 발명은 연자성체 재질의 헬리패드에 이착륙되는 진동감지 이착륙형 드론장치에 있어서, 몸체부와 연결부가 구비되는 드론기체; 상기 드론기체에 연결되어 이륙을 위한 구동력을 발생시키는 구동부; 상기 구동부의 시간당회전수에 비례하여 발생되는 진동을 실시간 감지하는 진동감지센서; 상기 드론기체와 연결되는 지지몸체부가 구비되고, 상기 지지몸체부의 하측으로 연장되는 지지연장부가 형성되는 복수개의 랜딩지지부; 상기 랜딩지지부와 연결되되, 가동자계를 형성하는 코일부를 통해 전원의 인가에 따라 선택적으로 자기력을 발생시켜 자성을 띠도록 구비되는 전자석부; 및 상기 진동감지센서에 감지된 진동에 비례되는 시간 동안 디지털 신호인 플래그신호를 생성하되, 상기 플래그신호가 기설정된 기준시간 미만 동안 발생되는지 비교 판단하여 상기 전자석부에 전압을 선택적으로 인가하도록 제어하는 이착륙제어부를 포함하는 진동감지 이착륙형 드론장치를 제공한다.
