본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 제반 단점과 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 바다, 넓은 강, 식별이 어려운 농사정보, 흔들림이 심한 산림정보에서 빠른 2차원 정밀위치 데이터 획득과 무인기 항법장치의 위치, 자세, 각도 물리적 최적 보정과 실시간 데이터 위치결정에 필요한 무인기 고속비행중 영상 및 센서데이터 위치결정 검증에 필요한 영상데이터 멥 매칭(Map matching) 알고리즘으로 실시간 2차원(2D) 정사배치 위치검증이 가능하고, 무인기 고속비행중 위치결정과 항법센서정보의 오차보정을 위해 지상 항공식별 영상데이터 배치결정 알고리즘으로 무인기 획득 영상과 센서데이터 위치, 각도 배치의 오차보정을 통한 2차원 정사배치가 가능한 무인기 고속비행 중 정밀위치 영상 획득 장치 및 그를 이용한 정밀위치 획득 방법에 관한 것이다.

    To solve disadvantages and problems in existing technologies, the present invention relates to a device for obtaining precision position images during a high speed flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle and a method for obtaining precision position using the same. The device is as follows: obtaining rapid 2D precision position data from ocean, wide rivers, farming information difficult in identification and information on forest of which shaking is acute; correcting optimally and physically locations, posture and angles of an unmanned aerial vehicle navigation system; enabling 2D ortho-arranging position verification in real time by images during a high speed flight of an unmanned aerial vehicle necessary for data position determination in real time and an image data map matching algorithm necessary for verification of sensor data position determination; and enabling 2D ortho-arrangement through the image obtained by the unmanned aerial vehicle and error correction of locations and angle arrangement of sensor data by means of an arrangement determination algorithm of image data for identification of the ground and the air in order to determine positions during a high speed flight of the unmanned aerial vehicle and to correct errors of navigation sensor information.
