본 발명의 목적은 전환밸브를 이용하여 운전모드 별로 실외 열교환기와 방열기의 상대적인 위치를 전환할 수 있는 히트펌프 시스템을 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 히트펌프 시스템은, 압축기, 실외 열교환기, 팽창장치, 실내 열교환기를 포함하는 냉매 회로; 상기 실외 열교환기로 실외 공기를 안내하는 실외 팬; 상기 압축기를 구동하는 엔진; 상기 엔진을 냉각하는 냉각수가 흐르는 수배관; 및 상기 수배관에 연결되는 방열기를 포함하고, 상기 실외 열교환기가 응축기로 작용할 때, 실외 공기는 상기 실외 열교환기를 통과한 뒤에, 상기 방열기의 냉각수와 열교환되고, 상기 실외 열교환기가 증발기로 작용할 때, 실외 공기는 상기 방열기의 냉각수와 열교환된 뒤에 상기 실외 열교환기를 통과하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 전환밸브를 이용하여 운전모드 별로 실외 열교환기와 방열기의 상대적인 위치를 전환할 수 있다. 이를 통해, 냉방운전시 응축효율이 저하되는 것을 방지하고, 난방운전시 엔진폐열을 활용하여 증발효율을 증대시키고, 증발기에 착상현상이 일어나는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 난방 운전시 제상운전이 별도로 필요하지 않으므로, 연속 난방운전을 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있게 된다.

    The present invention relates to a heat pump system which can switch a relative position of an outdoor heat exchanger and a radiator for every drive mode by use of a switching valve. The heat pump system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a refrigerant circuit consisting of a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion device, and an indoor heat exchanger; an outdoor fan guiding the outdoor air to the outdoor heat exchanger; an engine driving the compressor; a water pipeline through which cooling water for cooling the engine flows; and a radiator connected to the water pipeline. When the outdoor heat exchanger serves as a condenser, the outdoor air passes the outdoor heat exchanger, and then is heat-exchanged with the cooling water of the radiator. When the outdoor heat exchanger serves as an evaporator, the outdoor air is heat-exchanged with the cooling water of the radiator, and then passes the outdoor heat exchanger. Therefore, the relative position of the outdoor heat exchanger and the radiator is switched for every drive mode by use of the switching valve. It is possible to prevent the condense efficiency from being decreased at the cooling drive, and to increase the evaporation efficiency by the waste heat of the engine at the heating drive, as well as preventing generation of water on the surface of the evaporator. Also, since a frost removing drive is not necessary at the heating drive, the continuous heating drive can be carried out.
