The invention discloses an engine-driven vehicle-mounted heat pump drying system. The engine-driven vehicle-mounted heat pump drying system comprises a truck engine, and the truck engine is connectedwith a gas-water heat exchanger; the gas-water heat exchanger is sequentially connected with a liquid-water heat exchanger, a high-temperature evaporator and a circulating water pump to form a closedloop; the liquid-water heat exchanger is sequentially connected with a cooling liquid radiator, a cooling liquid circulating pump and the truck engine to form a closed loop; a second compressor is sequentially connected with a condenser, a first throttling mechanism, an air side evaporator and a first compressor to form a loop, one end of the high-temperature evaporator is connected between the condenser and the first throttling mechanism through a second throttling mechanism, and the other end of the high-temperature evaporator is connected between the second compressor and the first compressor, an output shaft of the truck engine is connected with the first compressor and the second compressor through a planetary gear mechanism, and the condenser is arranged in a drying oven. Energy released by fuel can be effectively utilized, heat can be absorbed from air, and the energy-saving and environment-friendly effects are obvious.

    本发明公开了发动机驱动的车载热泵烘干系统,包括货车发动机,货车发动机与气‑水换热器连接;气‑水换热器与液‑水换热器、高温蒸发器、循环水泵依次连接构成闭合回路;液‑水换热器与冷却液散热器、冷却液循环泵、货车发动机依次连接构成闭合回路;第二压缩机与冷凝器、第一节流机构、空气侧蒸发器、第一压缩机依次连接构成回路,高温蒸发器的一端通过第二节流机构连接在冷凝器与第一节流机构之间,高温蒸发器的另一端连接在第二压缩机与第一压缩机之间;货车发动机的输出轴通过行星齿轮机构分别与第一压缩机和第二压缩机相连;冷凝器设置于烘箱中;不仅能有效利用燃料释放的能量,还能从空气吸收热量,节能环保效果明显。
