The present invention relates to a drying method of a warship, and specifically, to a method, which mounts a rudder on the stern of a warship having a ship shape that a propeller side is inclined downwards toward the stern direction to dry the warship. The drying method of a warship arranges a vertical central line of the rudder to deviate in the portside or the starboard direction with respect to a central line of a rotating axis of a propeller, wherein the propeller covers the rudder at a certain height from a lower portion, thereby being possible to effectively reduce rudder erosion by a cavitation generated by a pressure difference by high thrust and a quick flow rate of the propeller because of property of the warship required for high speed and being possible to improve steering performance of the rudder and propulsion performance by reducing lifting losses and resistance.

    본 발명은 군함의 건조방법에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로는 프로펠러 축이 선미 방향으로 갈수록 아래쪽으로 경사져 있는 선형을 가지는 군함의 선미에 러더를 장착하여 상기 군함을 건조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 러더의 수직 중심선이 프로펠러의 회전축 중심선에 대하여 좌현 또는 우현 방향으로 벗어나게 배치하고, 상기 프로펠러가 러더의 하부로부터 일정 높이까지만 커버하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 고속(高速)을 필요로 하는 군함의 특성상 프로펠러의 높은 추력과 빠른 유속으로 인한 압력차로 인해서 발생하는 캐비테이션에 의한 러더 침식을 효과적으로 감소할 수 있고, 양력 손실과 저항을 줄임으로써 러더의 조향 성능 및 추진 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 군함의 건조방법에 관한 것이다.
