The invention discloses a method for detecting a full-suspension twisted rudder blade, and the method comprises the steps: measuring a gap between a bushing and a shaft sleeve: employing a measuring ruler to penetrate an external inspection hole of the full-suspension twisted rudder blade after the rudder blade rotates to a 0-degree angle position, plugging the measuring ruler into the gap betweenthe bushing and the shaft sleeve, and judging whether the gap exceeds the standard through the reading of a feeler gauge; measuring the displacement between the bushing and the shaft sleeve: enablinga hand to pass through an external inspection hole of the full-suspension twisted rudder blade, and touching grooves engraved on the bushing and the sleeve; detecting the relative displacement between the rudder stock 1 and the rudder blade: visually inspecting whether the kick hole in the rudder stock and the pointer on the rudder blade are collinear, and if so, determining that the rudder bladeand the rudder stock do not generate the relative displacement; and detecting the loosening condition of the hydraulic nut: rotating the rudder blade to a 0-degree angle position, detaching the pressing plate and the fastening screw on the inspection plug, unscrewing the cock, and visually inspecting whether the pointer on the end cover of the hydraulic nut rotates. The detection method of the full-suspension twisted rudder blade is convenient in detection and rapid in operation.
