Provided is a residence management system using a drone, which comprises: a sensor unit installed inside the residence and sensing indoor information; an RF communication unit transmitting the indoor information sensed by the sensor unit to the outside; and a drone flying over the residence and receiving the indoor information from the RF communication unit. The drone determines the abnormality of the residence by referring to the indoor information, and transmits an emergency signal to management headquarters through a mobile communication network when the abnormality occurs.

    본 발명은 거주지의 실내에 설치되어, 실내 정보를 감지하는 센서부; 상기 센서부에 의해 감지된 실내 정보를 외부로 송출하는 RF 통신부; 및 상기 거주지 상공을 비행하며, 상기 RF 통신부로부터 상기 실내 정보를 수신하는 드론; 을 포함하고, 상기 드론은, 상기 실내 정보를 참고하여 상기 거주지의 이상 여부를 판단하고, 이상 발생 시 비상 신호를 이동 통신망을 통해 관리 본부로 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드론을 활용한 거주지 관리 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
