본 발명은 전기차량용 전력제어장치에 관한 것으로, 상기 발명은 상용전력망에 선택적으로 연결되고, 상기 선택적으로 연결된 상용전력망으로부터 공급되는 교류전력을 직류전력으로 변환하거나, 외부로부터 공급된 직류전력을 상용의 교류전력으로 변환하기 위한 제1 입출력부; 제1 입출력부에 의해 변환된 직류전력을 이용하여 배터리를 충전하거나, 배터리의 직류전력을 제1 입출력부로 공급하기 위한 충방전부; 및 외부로부터 충전제어신호가 인가되고 충전을 위한 전력원이 상용전력망으로 판단된 경우 제1 입출력부를 제어하여 상용전력망에 연결하여 교류전력을 공급받아 직류전력으로 변환하고, 충방전부를 제어하여 제1 입출력부에 의해 변환된 직류전력을 공급받아 배터리를 충전하는 제1 충전모드를 수행하고, 외부로부터 발전제어신호가 인가된 경우 충방전부를 제어하여 배터리에 연결하여 직류전력을 공급받아 변환하고, 제1 입출력부를 제어하여 충방전부에 의해 변환된 직류전력을 상용의 교류전력으로 변환하여 상용전력망으로 공급하는 제1 발전모드를 수행하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해 본 발명은 스마트그리드와 같은 상용전력망의 운용에 기여할 수 있고, 비상시 외부전력장치에 직접 사용 가능한 독립 상용전력원으로 이용될 수 있다.

    The present invention relates to a power control device for an electric vehicle. The present invention comprises: a first input and output unit which is selectively connected to a common electrical grid and converts alternating current power supplied from the common electrical grid which is selectively connected into direct current power or converts direct current power supplied from outside into common alternating current power; a charge and discharge unit which charges a battery using the direct current power converted by the first input and output unit or supplies the direct current power of the battery to the first input and output unit; and a control unit. If a charge control signal is applied from the outside and a power source for the charge is determined as the common power net, the control unit controls the first input and output unit and connects it to the common power net and converts the alternating current power into the direct current power by receiving the alternating current power, and then controls the charge and discharge unit and performs a first charge mode which charges the battery by receiving the direct current power converted by the first input and output unit. If a power generation control signal is applied from the outside, the control unit controls the charge and discharge unit and connects it to the battery and receives and converts the direct current power, and then controls the first input and output unit and performs a first power generation mode which converts the direct current power converted by the charge and discharge unit into the common alternating current power and supplies it to the common power net. Therefore, the present invention contributes to the operation of the common power net such as a smart grid and can be used as an individual common power source which is used for an external power device in an emergency.
