PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle control apparatus and a power conversion control apparatus to enable a maximum tangential force without depending upon rail and wheel conditions.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle control apparatus 1 comprises: a power conversion unit (inverter 7) for generating a drive voltage to be supplied to a plurality of electric motors 6 which drive a plurality of axles of an electric vehicle on the basis of a torque command; and a power conversion control unit 11 for generating torque commands such that some of the plurality of axles are driven at a slip speed in a first speed range and with readhesion in preference and the other axles are driven at a slip speed in a second speed range faster than the first speed range and with adhesion in preference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
