The present invention relates to a non-elasticity suspension structure for an automated guided vehicle, which is able to allow the automated guided vehicle, which is used for factory automation or the like, to always maintain horizontality and ground a driving shaft even if the floor is not even, and which does not have an up-and-down elasticity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the suspension structure, which connects a chassis on a lower side of the automated guided vehicle to a drive wheel assembly, comprises: a vertical guide member which supports the pair of drive wheel assemblies to be vertically movable against the chassis; a rotary shaft which is fixated on the chassis to be rotatable; and a first cam member and a second cam member, which are eccentrically engaged with the rotary shaft to rotate together with the rotary shaft, and whose outer circumferential surface comes in contact with an upper end surface of each of the drive wheel assemblies. The direction, in which the first cam member is eccentric from the center of the rotary shaft, is the opposite to the direction, in which the second cam member is eccentric from the center of the rotary shaft.

    본 발명은 공장 자동화 등에서 사용되는 자동 주행 차량이 고르지 아니한 바닥에도 불구하고 수평 유지 및 구동축의 접지가 항시 이루어지며, 상하 탄성을 가지지 아니하는 서스펜션 구조와 관련되며 실시예로, 자율주행 차량 하부의 새시와, 드라이브 휠 어셈블리를 연결하는 서스펜션 구조에 있어서, 한 쌍의 상기 드라이브 휠 어셈블리가 상기 새시에 대하 수직으로 이동 가능하게 지지하는 수직가이드부재, 상기 새시에 회전 가능하게 축이 고정되는 회전축 및 상기 회전축에 편심되게 결합되어 상기 회전축과 함께 회전되며, 각 상기 드라이브 휠 어셈블리의 상단면에 외주면이 접촉하는 제1 캠부재와 제2 캠부재를 포함하고, 상기 제1 캠부재가 상기 회전축의 중심으로부터 편심된 방향과, 상기 제2 캠부재가 상기 회전축의 중심으로부터 편심된 방향은 서로 반대 방향인 자동 주행 차량의 무탄성 서스펜션 구조를 제시한다.
