The present invention relates to an abrasion limit alarm tire capable of achieving commercialization by being easily manufactured and maintained, and a production method therefor. The tire according to the present invention comprises: a curved hollow formed in a groove of a tread and having a continuous curved surface therein; and an alarm member inserted into the curved hollow and having a portion protruding to the outside. When the tread is worn, the alarm member comes in contact with the ground to generate a road surface sound. Therefore, according to the present invention, a driver can auditorily know when tire wear is significant without visually confirming that the tire has reached the wear limit thereof. In addition, a tire structure which can be commercialized due to easy production and maintenance is provided.

    본 발명은 제조 및 유지관리가 용이하여 상용화가 가능한 마모한계알림 타이어 및 그 생산방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 트레드의 홈에 형성되며, 내부가 연속적인 곡면으로 형성되는 곡면중공; 상기 곡면중공에 삽입되며, 일부가 외부로 돌출되는 알림부재를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 트레드가 마모되면 상기 알림부재가 지면에 닿아 노면가진음을 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 마모한계알림 타이어를 제공한다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의하면, 타이어가 마모한계에 도달하였음을 육안으로 확인하지 않고도 운전자로 하여금 알 수 있게 하여 주는 이점이 있다. 또한, 생산 및 유지관리가 용이하여 실제 상용화가 가능한 타이어 구조를 제공한다.
