The present invention provides a technique which quickly and accurately performs inspection of a fire-fighting facility in an existing building, specifically, a location where access by an inspector is difficult without a need for an inspector, and allows a remote manager to intuitively identify whether a fire-fighting facility is normal or abnormal. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for evaluating and inspecting a fire risk of a fire-fighting facility of an existing building using an unmanned aerial vehicle comprises: an unmanned aerial vehicle which has a communication module, an image photographing means, and a sensing module including a two-dimensional code scan device and a three-dimensional scanner, is capable of moving vertically and horizontally by an operation of a user, and transmits sensing data generated by the sensing module to the outside via the communication module; a data processing unit to receive the sensing data transmitted from the communication module of the unmanned aerial vehicle and process the received sensing data into inspection data which are data for evaluation and inspection of a fire risk for each fire-fighting facility of a building; and an inspection data management unit to use the inspection data processed by the data processing unit to manage fire risk evaluation and inspection data for the fire-fighting facilities of the building.

    기존의 건축물에 특히 점검자가 접근하기 어려운 위치의 소방시설의 점검을 점검자가 필요 없이 또는 매우 신속 정확하게 실시하고, 원격의 관리자가 직관적으로 소방시설의 이상유무를 파악할 수 있는 기술을 제공한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 무인 비행체를 이용한 기존 건축물 소방시설의 화재위험도평가 및 점검 시스템은, 통신 모듈, 영상 촬영 수단, 2차원 코드 스캔장치 및 3차원 스캐너를 포함하는 센싱 모듈이 탑재되어 있으며, 유저의 조작에 의하여 상하좌우 이동이 가능하고, 센싱 모듈로부터 생성된 센싱 데이터를 통신 모듈을 통해 외부로 송출하는 무인 비행체; 무인 비행체의 통신 모듈로부터 송출된 센싱 데이터를 수신하고, 수신한 센싱 데이터를 건축물의 소방시설별 화재위험도 평가 및 점검을 위한 데이터인 점검 데이터로 가공하는 데이터 가공부; 및 데이터 가공부에 의하여 가공된 점검 데이터를 이용하여 건축물의 소방시설에 대한 화재위험도 평가 및 점검 데이터를 관리하는 점검 데이터 관리부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
