The present invention relates to a system for preventing a secondary accident at a highway, and more particularly, to a technical field of a system for preventing a secondary accident collision at a highway. According to the present invention, when a primary accident and a fault occur, an emergency lamp of an accident vehicle and an LED lamp installed on front and rear glasses are operated to visually firstly notify an accident. Also, an emergency lamp and an LED lamp of adjacent travelling vehicles are operated together to prevent the earliest secondary collision. Thereafter, a travelling accident is notified by considering whether the emergency lamp of the accident vehicle is manually or automatically operated, whether the travelling vehicle is in the highway connected to an accident site, whether accident occurrence information is directly received from the accident vehicle, and whether the accident occurrence information is received from a navigation server. Accordingly, a secondary accident can be prevented.

    본 발명은 고속도로에서의 2차 사고를 방지하기 위한 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 1차 사고 및 고장이 발생한 경우, 시각적으로 가장 먼저 사고를 알리기 위해 사고차량의 비상등과 전후 유리에 설치된 LED조명등이 작동되도록 하고, 근접해있는 주행차량들의 비상등 및 LED조명등이 함께 작동되어 가장 빠른 2차 추돌을 방지한 후 상기 사고차량의 비상등의 작동이 수동 또는 자동으로 작동되었는지와, 주행차량이 사고지점으로 연결되는 고속도로에 포함되는지와, 사고차량으로부터 직접 사고발생정보를 수신하였는지 및 네비게이션 서버로부터 사고발생정보를 수신하였는지 고려하여 주행차량에 알림으로써, 2차 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 고속도로 2차 사고 추돌 방지 시스템에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다.
