The present invention relates to an ultra low-speed running system for an all wheel drive (AWD) vehicle, and more specifically, to a new concept technology in which 4-wheel-drive or 6-wheel-drive AWD vehicles can constantly run at an ultra low-speed of zero-point while performing special tasks easily and achieving ultra low-speed cruising at a low cost. An AWD vehicle disclosed in the prior art requires to replace a transfer case to implement an ultra low-speed running device. In order to install a mechanical ultra-low speed running device inside a housing, the size of the housing must be increased, which is not only limited in application to space-constrained vehicles, but also raises manufacturing costs. The present invention has been made to solve such problems. The present invention can realize the ultra low-speed cruise running with a transfer case installed in a conventional transfer case by driving a low-speed driving hydraulic motor that is directly connected to the rear wheel drive shaft of the transfer case using the hydraulic pressure generated by driving the low-speed driving hydraulic pump directly connected to the rear of the main shaft of the transfer case.

    본 발명은 AWD 차량 초저속 주행 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 4륜이나 6륜 구동의 AWD 차량을 0점대의 초저속으로 정속주행 하면서 특수작업을 원활하게 수행하면서도 적은 비용으로 초저속 정속주행을 용이하게 구현하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 AWD 차량은 트랜스퍼 케이스를 교체하지 않고서는 초저속 주행장치를 구현할 수 없고, 하우징의 내부에 기계적인 초저속 주행장치를 설치하기 위해서는 하우징의 크기가 커질 수밖에 없어 공간에 제약을 받는 차량에는 적용에 한계가 있을 뿐만 아니라 제조원가가 상승하는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 기존의 AWD 차량에 장착된 트랜스퍼 케이스를 그대로 사용하면서 상기 트랜스퍼 케이스의 메인축 후방에 직결된 저속주행 유압펌프의 구동으로 발생하는 유압을 이용하여 트랜스퍼 케이스의 후륜구동축과 직결된 저속주행 유압모터를 구동하는 방식으로 초저속 정속주행을 할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
