PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recommended running speed provision program capable of providing an appropriate running speed which is based on weather information to an object vehicle.SOLUTION: The recommended running speed provision program causes a computer to function as the following sections: a probe data reception section for receiving probe data including at least vehicle position information from each one of a plurality of vehicles including an object vehicle; a weather information acquisition section for acquiring the weather information of a predetermined area related to the position of the object vehicle indicated by the probe data of the object vehicle received by the probe data reception section; a recommended running speed determination section for determining a recommended running speed in the predetermined area of the object vehicle on the basis of the weather information of the predetermined area acquired by the weather information acquisition section through the use of relation information indicating relation between weather information in each area and a recommended running speed; and a speed provision section for providing a recommended running speed determined by the recommended running speed determination section to the object vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
