The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a flow rate of a system treating ballast water, comprising: a water level sensor installed in a plurality of ballast tanks, respectively; and a control portion for calculating an entire accumulated flow rate by summing all of an accumulated flow rate by the ballast tank during a ballasting operation time based on water level information received by each water level sensor, and calculating a converted flow rate by time by dividing the entire accumulated flow rate by the ballasting operation time, thereby capable of stably operating the system treating ballast water even when a flow meter is failed or malfunctioning.

    본 발명은 선박평형수 처리시스템의 유량 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 밸러스트 탱크에 각각 설치되는 수위센서; 및 상기 수위센서별로 수신한 수위정보를 근거로 밸러스팅 동작시간 동안의 상기 밸러스트 탱크별 누적유량을 모두 합산하여 전체 누적유량을 산정하고, 상기 전체 누적유량을 상기 밸러스팅 동작시간으로 나누어 시간당 환산유량을 산출하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 유량계의 고장 또는 불량시에도 안정적으로 선박평형수 처리시스템을 운용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
