The present invention relates to a flow rate measuring device of a ballast water treatment system. The flow rate measuring device includes: water level sensors installed on a plurality of ballast tanks, respectively; and a control unit for calculating a total cumulative flow rate by summing the cumulative flow rates of each of the ballast tanks during a ballasting operation time on the basis of water level information received from each of the water level sensors, and calculating a converted flow rate per time by dividing the total cumulative flow rate by the ballasting operation time. Accordingly, the flow rate measuring device has the effect of enabling stable operation of the ballast water treatment system even when a flowmeter malfunctions or fails.

    La présente invention concerne un dispositif de mesure de débit d'un système de traitement des eaux de ballast. Le dispositif de mesure de débit comprend : des capteurs de niveau d'eau installés sur une pluralité de réservoirs de ballast, respectivement; et une unité de commande pour calculer un débit cumulé total par sommation des débits cumulés de chacun des réservoirs de ballast pendant un temps d'opération de ballastage sur la base d'informations de niveau d'eau reçues depuis chacun des capteurs de niveau d'eau, et calculer un débit converti par temps par division du débit cumulé total par le temps d'opération de ballastage. En conséquence, le dispositif de mesure de débit a pour effet de permettre un fonctionnement stable du système de traitement d'eau de ballast même lorsqu'un débitmètre dysfonctionne ou est défaillant.

    본 발명은 선박평형수 처리시스템의 유량 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 밸러스트 탱크에 각각 설치되는 수위센서; 및 상기 수위센서별로 수신한 수위정보를 근거로 밸러스팅 동작시간 동안의 상기 밸러스트 탱크별 누적유량을 모두 합산하여 전체 누적유량을 산정하고, 상기 전제 누적유량을 상기 밸러스팅 동작시간으로 나누어 시간당 환산유량을 산출하는 제어부;를 포함하여 구성됨으로써, 유량계의 고장 또는 불량시에도 안정적으로 선박평형수 처리시스템을 운용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
