The present invention relates to an operation control method for a power transfer apparatus. Specifically, the operation control method for a power transfer apparatus comprises: a forward/backward output conversion step of receiving power generated from a power generation unit to output any one among forward drive and backward drive by a first gear shifting unit arranged on a front end of a bevel gear unit forming a bevel gear rotation shaft in a front and a rear direction of a vehicle body; and a power gear-shifting step of shifting gears of the forward drive or the backward drive inputted by the forward/backward output conversion step to transfer the forward drive or the backward drive to a wheel driving unit with a left and a right wheel. The power gear-shifting step includes: a shaft driving process of rotating a multi-speed driving shaft separated from an axle shaft connected to the left and the right wheel and arranged in parallel with the axle shaft, and a multi-speed driven shaft arranged in parallel with the axle shaft and the multi-speed driving shaft; a clutch fixing process of supplying a working fluid to any one among a multi-speed clutch pack on one side and a multi-speed clutch pack on the other side arranged in a pair on the multi-speed driving shaft and the multi-speed driven shaft to fix the multi-speed clutch pack on the one side or the multi-speed clutch pack on the other side on the multi-speed driving shaft or the multi-speed driven shaft; and a gear-shifting power output process of transferring power gear-shifted by any one among the multi-speed clutch pack on the one side and the multi-speed clutch pack on the other side fixed by the clutch fixing process to the axle shaft. Design freedom is improved and multi-speed gear-shifting can be performed.

    본 발명은 동력전달 장치의 작동 제어방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 동력 발생부로부터 발생된 동력을 전달받아 차체의 전후방향으로 베벨기어회전축을 형성하는 베벨기어부의 전단부에 구비된 제1변속부에서 전진 구동 및 후진 구동 중 어느 하나로 출력하는 전후진출력 변환 단계와, 상기 전후진출력 변환 단계에 의하여 입력된 전진 구동 또는 후진 구동을 변속하여 좌,우 휠이 구비된 휠 구동부로 전달하는 동력 변속 단계를 포함하고, 상기 동력 변속 단계는, 상기 좌,우 휠과 연결된 액슬샤프트로부터 이격되고 평행되게 구비된 다단구동 샤프트 및 상기 액슬샤프트와 상기 다단구동 샤프트에 평행되게 구비된 다단종동 샤프트를 회전시키는 샤프트 구동 과정과, 상기 다단구동 샤프트 및 상기 다단종동 샤프트에 각각 한 쌍으로 구비된 일측다단 클러치팩 및 타측다단 클러치팩 중 어느 하나에 작동유를 공급하여 상기 다단구동 샤프트 또는 다단종동 샤프트와 고정시키는 클러치 고정 과정과, 상기 클러치 고정 과정에 의하여 고정된 일측다단 클러치팩 및 타측다단 클러치팩 중 어느 하나에 의하여 변속된 동력을 상기 액슬샤프트로 전달하는 변속동력 출력 과정을 포함하여, 설계 자유도를 향상시킴은 물론 다단 변속이 가능하도록 하는 이점을 제공한다.
