The present invention relates to a solar power generation device for a vehicle, capable of providing a fuel supply system for an electric vehicle or hybrid vehicle, which does not require extra charging, by enabling electricity to be stored in the roof, side and rear, and trunk panels of a vehicle through solar light even when the vehicle is being driven or parked. A transparent conducting oxide (TCO) is formed, and primary laser patterning is performed to make the oxide have texture. The present invention includes: a solar cell module manufactured by stacking an amorphous silicon (a-Si) film on the transparent conducting oxide to form an amorphous silicon film layer, performing secondary laser patterning to the transparent conducting oxide with the amorphous silicon film stacked on the oxide, stacking a conductor, and performing tertiary laser patterning to the conductor to form texture; and a vehicle integrated photovoltaic (VIPV) module stacking tempered glass in the upper and lower parts of the solar cell module by controlling the transparency of the solar cell module, connecting + and - electrodes to the solar cell module, connecting the battery electrodes of the vehicle, and charging the battery with produced power. The VIPV module is installed on rear and door windows and upper roof and trunk panels of the vehicle so that electric energy is able to be produced by solar light even when the vehicle is being driven.

    본 발명은 자동차의 루프패널, 측면 및 후방 유리패널, 트렁크 패널 등에 주행시나 정차중에도 태양광을 통한 전기의 축전이 가능하도록 구성함으로써, 따로 충전이 필요 없으며, 전기차나 하이브리드차와 같이 전기에 의해 구동되는 자동차의 연료 공급 시스템을 제공하는 자동차용 태양광 발전장치에 관한 것으로, 투명 전도막(TCO: Transparent Conducting Oxide)을 형성하고, 이 투명 전도막이 텍스처를 가질 수 있도록 1차 레이저 패너팅(Laser Patterning)이 이루어지지고, 비정질 필름(a-Si film; amorphous Silicon film)을 투명 전도막의 상측으로 적층 및 층착하여 비정질 필름층을 형성하고, 비정질 필름이 증착된 투명 전도막을 2차 레이저 패터닝한 후, 전도체를 적층 구성하고, 상기 전도체를 3차 레이저 패터닝을 통해 텍스처를 구성하여 제조되는 결정질의 태양전지 모듈; 상기 태양전지 모듈의 투명도를 조절하여 이 태양전지 모듈의 상측 및 하측에 강화유리를 적층 구성하고, 이 태양전지 모듈에 +전극과 -전극을 연결하고, 이 전극을 자동차의 배터리와 연결하며, 생산된 전력이 배터리에 충진되도록 하는 VIPV 모듈(Vehicle Integrated Photovoltaic Module); 자동차의 도어측 유리 및 후방측 유리와 상부 루프 패널 및 트렁크 패널에 상기 VIPV 모듈을 설치하여 주행중에도 태양광에 의한 전기 에너지를 생산하는 것이 특징이다.
