Disclosed is a method for distributing power of a fuel cell vehicle, including: deriving a moisture amount of a fuel cell stack in a control portion when an air supply amount of the fuel cell stack is decreased; determining a state of the fuel cell in accordance with the moisture amount in the control portion; deriving regenerative braking allowable power of a motor by using regenerative braking power of an air compressor and chargeable power of a high-voltage battery in accordance with the determined state; and controlling the regenerative braking of the motor to prevent regenerative braking actual power of the drive motor from exceeding the regenerative braking allowable power in the control portion.
