The present invention relates to an engine clutch slip prevention control method for an eco-friendly vehicle and, more specifically, to an engine clutch slip prevention control method for an eco-friendly vehicle capable of preventing a slip of an engine clutch by using control determining a bed-in treatment using accumulated slip energy and torque intervention control in case of shifting. Namely, the engine clutch slip prevention control method for an eco-friendly vehicle is capable of obtaining operability for power transmission by preventing the slip of the engine clutch by differently controlling a coupling degree of the engine clutch by determining the existence of the bed-in treatment using the accumulated slip energy in case of an HEV mode drive and performing the torque intervention control in case of shifting in consideration of intake torque which can be generated in case of the slip of the engine clutch and preventing damage to a DCT clutch and the like. The engine clutch slip prevention control method for an eco-friendly vehicle includes: a step of shifting a mode from an EV mode to an HEV mode; a step of variably controlling the coupling degree of the engine clutch; and a step of performing the torque intervention control in case of shifting.

    본 발명은 친환경 차량의 엔진클러치 슬립 방지 제어 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 베드-인 유무를 누적 슬립에너지를 이용하여 판단하는 제어와, 변속시 토크 인터벤션 제어를 이용하여 엔진클러치 슬립을 방지할 수 있도록 한 친환경 차량의 엔진클러치 슬립 방지 제어 방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 HEV 모드 주행시 베드-인 처리 유무를 누적 슬립에너지로 판정하여 엔진클러치 체결량을 달리 제어하고, 변속시 토크 인터벤션 제어도 엔진클러치 슬립시 발생될 수 있는 유입토크를 고려하여 실시함으로써, 엔진클러치 슬립 발생 방지를 통한 동력전달 운전성을 확보함은 물론 DCT 클러치 등의 소손을 방지할 수 있도록 한 친환경 차량의 엔진클러치 슬립 방지 제어 방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
