The present invention relates to a transformation inspecting system for a driving bracket and, specifically, to a transformation inspecting system for a driving bracket, which recognizes a driving bracket in a train driving and automatically detects a defect of the recognized driving bracket. To achieve the purpose of the present invention, the transformation inspecting system for a driving bracket comprises: a driving bracket recognizing unit recognizing the driving bracket installed on a railway side in real time by laser marking while the train is driving as the driving bracket recognizing unit is installed in a roof of the train; a driving bracket photographing unit photographing an image on the front surface and the rear surface of the driving bracket when a driving bracket sensing signal is transmitted from the driving bracket recognizing unit; a driving bracket image collecting unit installed on the train and collecting the image of the driving bracket, which is photographed by the driving bracket photographing unit, wherein the driving bracket image collecting unit analyzes the deformation of the driving bracket in real time using the collected image; a remote control unit operating a system by remotely connecting to the driving bracket image collecting unit installed on the train from a user smartphone or a ground office; and a driving bracket deformation analyzing unit installed in the ground office and analyzing the deformation of the driving bracket by collecting the image of the driving bracket photographed by the driving bracket photographing unit, wherein the driving bracket deformation analyzing unit manages history of the driving bracket which is defective.

    본 발명은 가동브래킷의 변형 검사 시스템에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 주행중인 열차에서 가동브래킷을 인식하고, 인식된 가동브래킷의 결함이 자동으로 검지(檢知)될 수 있도록 한 가동브래킷 변형 검사 시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 열차 차탑에 설치되어 열차 운행 중에, 레이저 마킹을 통해 철로변에 설치된 가동브래켓을 실시간 인식하는 가동브래킷 인지부;가동브래킷 인지부에서 가동브래킷 감지신호가 전달되면, 가동브래킷 전면과 후면을 영상을 촬영하는 가동브래킷 촬영부;열차 차상에 설치되며, 가동브래킷 촬영부에서 촬영된 가동브래킷 영상을 수집하고, 수집된 영상을 통해 가동브래킷의 변형을 실시간으로 분석하는 가동브래킷 영상 수집부;지상사무소 또는 사용자 스마트폰에서 차상에 설치된 가동브래킷 영상 수집부에 원격 접속하여 시스템을 운용하는 원격제어부;지상사무소에 마련되며, 가동브래킷 촬영부에서 촬영된 가동브래킷 영상을 수집하여 가동브래킷 변형을 분석하고, 결함이 발생된 가동브래킷의 이력을 관리하는 가동브래킷 변형분석부;를 포함하여 구성된 가동브래킷 변형검사 시스템을 제공한다.
