The present invention relates to a smart key controller and a method for operating the smart key controller in a manner that varies according to a vehicle driving pattern by analyzing a vehicle driving pattern of a user so that a dark current for operation of the smart key controller can be reduced and a time for providing a welcome function can be extended. A smart key controller according to the present invention comprises a control unit including a tire and a memory, and a signal driver generating a wireless signal.

    본 발명은 스마트키 제어기의 동작을 위한 암전류를 절감하고 웰컴 기능 제공 시간이 연장되도록, 사용자들의 차량 운행 패턴을 분석하여 차량 운행 패턴에 맞게 가변적으로 동작하는 스마트키 제어기 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
