Disclosed is an inclined shaft constructing device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the inclined shaft constructing device comprises: an equipment transporting device installed in a first rail installed in a floor of a starting point where a construction of an inclined shaft starts, and transporting mounted excavating equipment for excavation; a gob discharging device installed in a second rail installed to be parallel, adjacent to the first rail and discharging gobs generated by the excavating equipment to the outside of the inclined shaft by being moved along the second rail; and a control device installed in an outer side of the starting point of the inclined shaft, connected to the equipment transporting device and the gob discharging device with wire ropes, and controlling the transportation of the equipment transporting device and the gob discharging device while lifting the equipment transporting device and the gob discharging device along the second rail. The equipment transporting device comprises: a carriage with one end connected to the control device wherein the excavating equipment is loaded and installed in the first rail; an equipment palette of which one end is hinge-joined to be able to rotate on the upper part of the carriage wherein the excavating equipment is loaded; an equipment entering angle correcting unit installed between the carriage and the equipment palette, and rotating the equipment palette upwards to the hinge-joined side by the operation; and at least one vibration preventing pad installed between the carriage and the equipment palette, preventing vibration from being applied to the first rail through the mounted excavating equipment when the carriage moves along the first rail. The purpose of the embodiment of the present invention is to provide the inclined shaft constructing device capable of excavating the inclined shaft and discharging the gobs at the same time by installing the excavating device and the gob discharging device on the rails separately installed inside the inclined shaft when constructing the inclined shaft; and a construction method using the same.

    사갱 시공장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 사갱 시공장치는 굴착장비가 탑재되고, 사갱의 시공이 시작되는 시작점의 바닥에 설치되는 제1 레일 상에 설치되며, 탑재된 굴착장비가 굴착을 수행하도록 이동시키는 장비 이송장치; 제1 레일과 이웃하여 평행하게 설치되는 제2 레일 상에 설치되고, 제2 레일을 따라 이동되면서 굴착장비를 통해 발생되는 버력을 사갱의 외부로 배출시키는 버력 배출장치; 및 사갱의 시작점 외측에 설치되고, 장비 이송장치 및 버력 배출장치와 각각 와이어 로프를 통해 연결되어 이들을 제1 레일 및 제2 레일을 따라 견인시키면서 이동을 각각 컨트롤시키는 컨트롤 장치; 를 포함하되 장비 이송장치는 컨트롤 장치와 일측이 연결되고, 굴착장비가 탑재되어 제1 레일 상에 설치되는 대차; 대차의 상측에서 일측이 회전가능하게 힌지 결합되고, 굴착장비가 탑재되는 장비 팔레트; 대차와 장비 팔레트 사이에 설치되어 작동에 따라 장비 팔레트를 상측으로 힌지결합된 측으로 회전시키는 장비 진입각도 보정유닛; 및 대차와 장비 팔레트 사이에 하나 이상으로 설치되어 대차가 제1 레일을 따라 이동 시, 탑재된 굴착장비를 통해 제1 레일 측으로 진동이 가해지는 것을 방지하는 방진패드를 포함한다.
