The invention discloses a safe construction method for inclined shaft rail transportation. The safe construction method comprises the following steps that S1, a deslagging lifting system is installed; s2, construction of auxiliary facilities of the winch is conducted; s3, winch foundation construction is conducted; s4, paving construction of the winch track is carried out; s5, a slag loading and unloading track platform is installed; s6, installing a winch; s7, winch no-load trial operation is carried out; s8, after the idle load trial operation of the winch is qualified, load operation of the winch is carried out; s9, car stoppers capable of preventing the cars from continuously running downwards when the hooks are taken off are arranged at the positions, larger than one skip bucket in length, below the slope change point on the inclined shaft; s10, a plurality of overspeed hanging beams are reasonably installed in the inclined shaft; s11, a firm arrester is arranged on the lower portion of the inclined shaft; and S12, installing a safety mechanism for the hoisting winch. According to the inclined shaft rail transportation safety construction method, the requirement for traction force of the winch can be met, safety is extremely high, the construction period is guaranteed, safety accidents are eradicated, and construction of an inclined shaft tunnel can be smoothly conducted.

    本发明公开了斜井有轨运输安全施工方法,包括以下步骤:S1:安装出渣提升系统;S2:进行绞车附属设施施工;S3:进行绞车基础施工;S4:进行绞车轨道铺装施工;S5:安装卸渣轨道平台;S6:安装绞车;S7:进行绞车空负荷试运行;S8:待绞车空负荷试运行合格后,进行绞车的负荷运行;S9:分别在斜井上变坡点下方大于1个箕斗长的地点,设置能够防止在摘挂钩时,车辆继续往下跑的阻车器;S10:在斜井内合理安设若干超速吊梁;S11:在斜井下部安设一道牢固的挡车栏;S12:为提升绞车装设保险机构。本发明提供的斜井有轨运输安全施工方法,能够满足绞车牵引力的需求,且安全性极高,保证工期,杜绝安全事故,使得斜井隧道的施工能够顺利进行。
