A system for collecting image data using a drone according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the drone capable of flying in the sky along a predetermined pathway and a photographing device which is installed on the drone and captures, in the sky, images of objects. The drone receives information of a flying pathway and photographing information from a station before starting flying for photographing. The photographing information includes location information about a location to be photographed and information about a horizontal photographing angle and a vertical photographing angle of the photographing device which are to be applied to photographing. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the photographing device may be formed to rotate within a 360° range of the horizontal photographing angle and within a 180° range of the vertical photographing angle. The photographing device may be installed to be able to relatively rotate in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction with respect to the drone to change the horizontal photographing angle and the vertical photographing angle.
