To provide a crane obstacle detection system that can prevent accidents such as collisions between obstacles in a crane work area and a load lifted by the crane, including during movement of the load.SOLUTION: A crane obstacle detection system creates a 3D map of the area around the crane by synthesizing data acquired in real time from a plurality of 3D range sensors 21, 22, 23, and 24 mounted on the crane, and searches the 3D map for data that could be an obstacle in the direction of movement of the load from the current position of the load based on the shape of the load. If any data that could be an obstacle is found, the system notifies the crane control PLC 1 of the obstacle information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】クレーン作業エリアにおける障害物とクレーンのつり荷の衝突などの事故を、つり荷の移動中を含めて防止することができるようにしたクレーンの障害物検出システムを提供すること。【解決手段】クレーン上に取り付けられた複数台の3次元測域センサ21、22、23、24からリアルタイムで取得したデータを合成して、クレーン周辺の3次元マップを作成し、つり荷の形状に基づいて、つり荷の現在位置から、つり荷の移動方向に3次元マップから障害になるデータを検索し、障害になるデータがある場合は、クレーン制御PLC1に障害物情報を通知する。【選択図】図1
